Instructions for use : The upper part of the arch of the pillow (the part with a dent) must be placed upwards: which will support your head. Rest the back of your head on the pillow, not your neck. If you feel uncomfortable or the pillow does not fit your head or neck, avoid using it.
Attention : The outer cover can be removed and machine washed in the washing machine. The pillow can be washed by hand. After washing, lay it flat and dry it in the shade, a dry and ventilated place. Do not iron, avoid using the dryer. The pillow is not removable.
